Institutions associated with the FGC must pay ordinary monthly contributions up to 0.025% of guaranteed balances. If FGC equity is insufficient, these institutions provide extraordinary contributions capped at 50% of the ordinary rate, advances of up to twelve ordinary contributions, or credit operations. Contributions are suspended if liquidity reaches 2% of total covered balances and resumed if it falls below that threshold. The Board of Directors fixes contribution rates and conditions, subject to Central Bank of Brazil review and Monetary Council National authorization. This resolution amends Resolution 3,024 of 2002 and enters into force upon publication.
