Rule · BCB · 29 Jun 2023 · Resolução CMN 5082
Beneficiaries of the National Program for Supporting the Medium Rural Producer (Pronamp) are prohibited from receiving working capital credit with Controlled Resources outside Pronamp in the same agricultural year, except via constitutional regional financing funds. The revolving working capital credit amount taken is deducted from the Working Capital Credit limit. Production cooperatives financing the recovery of damaged coffee plantations must observe a limit of 25% of the volume of coffees received until September 30, multiplied by the prevailing minimum price. Coffee growers with a minimum loss of 10% of the crop due to climatic events may have the limit consider the area of more than one property.
