Proex exporters must amortize financing three or six months after the initial milestone, request disbursement within sixty days of shipment, and prove non-financed payment prior to disbursement unless pre-shipment advanced by up to eighteen days. Disqualification occurs if goods are not exported by the scheduled date, are not manufactured by the exporter, or if false documents are presented, requiring reimbursement with Selic interest and a 15% disqualification threshold that bars new operations for five years.
