Resolution JPRFM-2025-016-S: Substitutes Article 6 of the Private Insurance Fund Coverage Section
The Financial and Monetary Policy and Regulation Board issued Resolution JPRFM-2025-016-S to amend the regulatory framework for the Private Insurance Fund. The resolution substitutes the first paragraph of Article 6 to establish a total protected coverage amount of four thousand United States dollars (USD 4,000.00) per insured person or beneficiary. This change takes effect upon issuance and requires the update of the Codification of Monetary, Financial, Securities, and Insurance Resolutions.
