This resolution modifies Annex 4 of the resolution establishing the mechanism to guarantee the payment of contributions on merchandise subject to estimated prices. It specifically reforms the estimated prices for tariff item 6115.96.01 and its commercial identification numbers (NICO) within the textile and apparel sectors. For NICO 01 under 6115.96.01, the estimated price is set at 0.30 USD per commercial unit, and for NICO 99, it is 0.26 USD per commercial unit. The resolution will take effect three business days after its publication.
