Resolution modifying Annex 4 of the Resolution establishing the mechanism to guarantee payment of contributions on goods subject to estimated prices by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit updates Annex 4 of the resolution governing the guarantee mechanism for contributions on goods subject to estimated prices. This modification establishes new estimated prices in US dollars per commercial unit for specific textile and apparel products, including wool, cotton, and synthetic fabrics, to reflect current market conditions and combat undervaluation practices. Importers of these goods must use the revised price list to determine the required financial guarantees for customs deposits.
