The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit adds estimated prices for specific tariff fractions in the paper and cardboard sectors to Annex 5 of the resolution governing guarantees for customs contributions. The new estimated prices range from 0.72 to 6.16 US dollars per kilogram for goods including bond paper, envelopes, corrugated boxes, and adhesive tapes. These values serve as references for determining the amount of guarantees importers must provide to cover potential fiscal liabilities arising from the undervaluation of imported merchandise. The resolution enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
