Resolution modifying Annex 5 of the resolution establishing the mechanism to guarantee payment of contributions on goods subject to estimated prices by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit adds estimated prices for specific tariff fractions of recreational and sports goods, including golf clubs, balls, fishing rods, and related parts, to Annex 5 of the resolution governing guarantees for customs contributions. These estimated prices, expressed in U.S. dollars per commercial unit, apply to goods subject to subvaluation practices to ensure adequate fiscal guarantees. The resolution enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
