The resolution adds a Fourth Article to the existing Agreement, explicitly delegating to the President, Legal Vice President, and Director General of Crimes and Sanctions of the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) the authority to cancel the registration of exchange centers, money transmitters, and investment advisors.
