Resolution modifying the Agreement establishing the calendar to initiate the certification process for independent external auditors, internal auditors, compliance officers, representatives and other professionals in matters of prevention of operations with proceeds of illicit origin and terrorism financing
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies Article 3 of the Agreement establishing the certification calendar for independent external auditors and internal auditors. The amendment sets a final deadline of June 29, 2018, by which these professionals must obtain their certification in the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing. The Resolution entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette on December 27, 2016.
