Resolution modifying the authorization for the constitution and operation of a financial group controlled by Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A.B. de C.V.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies the authorization for Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A.B. de C.V. to organize as a controlling company and operate as a financial group. The resolution updates the group's corporate name, removes the fixed minimum capital reference from the authorization text, and lists the nine specific financial entities comprising the group, including Banco Mercantil del Norte and Casa de Bolsa Banorte Ixe. It also establishes that the controlling company is subject to inspection by the National Banking and Securities Commission and that the authorization is intransmissible.
