Resolution modifying the authorization granted to Almacenadora Accel, S.A., Credit Auxiliary Organization, to constitute and operate as a general warehouse
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies the authorization for Almacenadora Accel, S.A., Credit Auxiliary Organization, to operate as a general warehouse, updating its fixed capital requirement from $38,750,000.00 to $45,000,000.00. The resolution confirms the indefinite duration of the society, its location in Mexico City, and its obligation to comply with the General Law of Credit Auxiliary Organizations and Activities. It also reaffirms that the authorization is intransmissible and subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission, the Bank of Mexico, and the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
