Resolution modifying the authorization granted to Grupo Financiero Ve por Más, S.A. de C.V. to organize as a Holding Company
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit modifies the authorization for Grupo Financiero Ve por Más, S.A. de C.V. to organize as a Holding Company, updating the list of integrated financial entities to include Banco Ve por Más, S.A., Arrendadora Ve por Más, S.A. de C.V., Casa de Bolsa Ve por Más, S.A. de C.V., and Seguros Ve por Más, S.A. This change reflects the prior separation and liquidation of Operadora de Fondos de Inversión Ve por Más, S.A. de C.V. from the group. The resolution also updates the group's bylaws to permit electronic meetings and signatures.
