Resolution Modifying the Authorization Granted to XL Seguros México, S.A. de C.V., Subsidiary of XL Insurance Switzerland, Winterthur, Switzerland, Through XL Swiss Holdings Limited, Fribourg, to Organize and Operate as an Insurance Institution
The authorization granted to XL Seguros México, S.A. de C.V. to organize and operate as an insurance institution subsidiary of XL Insurance Switzerland is modified to update Article 3, Section II, subsection a). The minimum fixed capital without withdrawal rights is set at $70,162,490.00 MXN, inclusive of the minimum paid capital required by the General Law of Insurance and Mutual Insurance Institutions. The full modified authorization terms are established herein, and the resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Federation at the expense of the institution.
