RESOLUTION modifying the Call for Certification in Matters of Prevention of Operations with Illicit Proceeds and Terrorism Financing

The National Banking and Securities Commission, based on the provisions of articles 4, fractions X, X Bis, XXXVI and XXXVIII and 16, fraction I of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, as well as articles 1 and 7, first paragraph of the "General Provisions for the Certification of External Independent Auditors, Compliance Officers and Other Professionals in Matters of Prevention of Operations with Illicit Proceeds and Terrorism Financing", published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on October 2, 2014 and modified by resolution published in said dissemination organ on March 13, 2015, and

CONSIDERING

That it is necessary to modify the application date of the third exam to be held during the year 2017 for the certification of external independent auditors, compliance officers and other professionals in matters of prevention of operations with illicit proceeds and terrorism financing, taking into account the experience observed in the application of previous evaluations for certification, has resolved to issue the following:

RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE CALL FOR CERTIFICATION IN MATTERS OF PREVENTION OF OPERATIONS WITH ILICIT PROCEEDS AND TERRORISM FINANCING

SINGLE.- The participation bases THIRD, first paragraph, and FOURTH, the schedule of the certification processes of the "Call for Certification in Matters of Prevention of Operations with Illicit Proceeds and Terrorism Financing", published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on November 8, 2016, are REFORMED, to read as follows:

"THIRD.- During the year 2017, 3 exams will be held with a capacity of up to 1,500 places per evaluation, which will be held on the following dates: April 22, July 1 and November 11, 2017, all at 9:00 hours, with a duration of four hours."
