The National Banking and Securities Commission repeals Annex 6 of the General Provisions applicable to Brokerage Houses, which previously mandated specific financial indicators. This change aligns regulatory reporting with the NIF A-1 conceptual framework by removing obsolete requirements, allowing brokerage house management to determine relevant financial indicators for assessing solvency, liquidity, and profitability. The resolution modifies Article 180, fraction III, subsection b) to require that any chosen indicators be consistent with those published on the Commission's website. The resolution entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette on April 16, 2024.
