The National Banking and Securities Commission amends Articles 159, 161, 201, 202, 204, 215, and 216, and replaces Annexes 9 and 10 of the General Provisions applicable to securities broker-dealers. The amendments establish a 2% credit risk weight for derivatives settled in authorized clearing houses, introduce new reporting requirements for employee benefits under NIF D-3, and adjust the submission deadlines for supervisory capital scenarios and related reports. These changes enter into force the day after publication, with the new reporting formats becoming mandatory in February 2016.
