RESOLUTION modifying the General Provisions applicable to stock exchanges

At the margin, a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which reads: United Mexican States.- Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.- National Banking and Securities Commission.

The National Banking and Securities Commission, based on Articles 252 and 252 Bis, first paragraph of the Securities Market Law, as well as Articles 4, fractions XXXVI and XXXVIII, and 16, fraction I of the National Banking and Securities Commission Law, and

CONSIDERING

That in order for stock exchanges to be able to conduct tests of their technological infrastructure aimed at guaranteeing its integrity and the connections of brokerage houses to their own infrastructure, the deadline to prove before the National Banking and Securities Commission that they have celebrated contracts and have the necessary connections with brokerage houses is extended, has resolved to issue the following:

RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE GENERAL PROVISIONS APPLICABLE TO

STOCK EXCHANGES

SOLE ARTICLE.

Article TERCERO TRANSITORIO, fraction IX of the "General Provisions applicable to stock exchanges" published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on May 15, 2017, and modified by Resolution published in the said Gazette on December 18, 2017, is REFORMED, to read as follows:

"THIRD.-

IX.

Until April 23, 2018, to comply with Article 14, first and second paragraphs, of Chapter I of Title Two of these Provisions, regarding the celebration of contracts and the efficient communication and connection of the computer systems carried out by stock exchanges with brokerage houses."

TRANSITORY

SOLE ARTICLE.- This Resolution will enter into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
