Resolution modifying the General Provisions applicable to stock exchanges
The resolution extends the deadline for stock exchanges to prove they have executed contracts and established efficient computer system connections with brokerage houses until April 23, 2018. This amendment applies to Article TERCERO TRANSITORIO, fraction IX of the General Provisions applicable to stock exchanges. The resolution entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
