Resolution modifying the general provisions applicable to the use of the Electronic Authorization System for the organization, operation and functioning of entities
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the General Provisions applicable to the Electronic Authorization System to expand its scope to include various authorization requests beyond the organization, operation, and functioning of entities. The resolution amends Articles 1, 2, 3, and 6, and substitutes Annex 1, which contains the user and password request forms for individuals and legal entities. These changes require applicants to submit specific documentation, such as birth certificates, tax identification cards, and official photo IDs, to obtain system access credentials. The resolution entered into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette on April 16, 2019.
