Resolution modifying the General Provisions for obtaining the technical opinion for exchange centers, money transmitters and non-regulated multiple-object financial companies
The resolution amends Article 7 of the General Provisions to establish a 50-calendar-day deadline for the CNBV to notify the resolution of the Technical Opinion, with positive resolution implied if no notification is received within that period. It also repeals the third and final paragraphs of Article 8 of the same provisions. These changes apply to exchange centers, money transmitters, and non-regulated multiple-object financial companies and enter into force the day after publication in the Official Gazette.
