Resolution modifying the General Rules for the Integration of Files Containing Information Accrediting Compliance with Requirements for Persons Holding Positions in Financial Entities
The resolution adds a second paragraph to the Second Rule of the General Rules for the Integration of Files, imposing additional requirements on the general director, executives, and auditors of credit unions. These individuals must be residents in national territory as defined by the Federal Tax Code and must not perform regulatory or supervisory functions for the credit union itself. The resolution enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
