Resolution Modifying the Guidelines for the Performance Evaluation of Multiple Banking Institutions

The resolution also clarifies the procedural terms for the right to a hearing, including a ten-day natural day window for scheduling and specific rules for attendance and final resolution within fifteen natural days. These modifications apply to the evaluation methodology for the 2016 performance cycle, with the new deadlines taking effect immediately upon publication.
