The President of the Council for the Control of Financial Activities – COAF, exercising the authority conferred by item IV of art. 9 of the Statute approved by Decree No. 2.799, of 8.10.1998, makes public that the Council Plenary, in a session held on 2.10.2013, based on art. 7, items II and V of the said Statute and in accordance with the provisions of arts. 9, 10, 11 and 14, caput and § 1, all of Law No. 9.613, of 3.3.1998,

DELIBERATED and APPROVED:

Art. 1 The following are revoked: Resolution No. 3, of 2.6.1999; Resolution No. 5, of 2.7.1999; and Resolution No. 22, of 20.12.2012.

Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
