Revokes Resolution No. 8, dated 15 September 1999, which provides the procedures to be observed by natural or legal persons who trade art objects and antiques.

The President of the Council for the Control of Financial Activities – COAF, using the authority conferred by clause IV of art. 9 of the Statute approved by Decree No. 2,799, of 8 October 1998, makes public that the Council Plenary, in a session held on 23 November 2016, based on art. 7, items I, II and V of the said Statute and in accordance with the rules contained in arts. 9, 10, 11 and 14, caput and §1, all of Law No. 9,613, of 3 March 1998,

DELIBERATED and APPROVED:

Art. 1 This Resolution revokes Resolution No. 8, dated 15 September 1999.

Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
