On Amendments to the Regulation on the Licensing of Pawnshop Activities

This resolution lost force in accordance with the [resolution](/docs/6212727?ONDATE=28.09.2022 00#6217088) of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 22, 2022 No. 19/5 "On Recognizing Certain Regulatory Legal Acts Adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as Having Lost Force" (reg. No. 3389 dated 28.09.2022).

In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Licensing of Certain Types of Activities" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 23, 2019 No. PP-4400 "On Measures to Increase the Accessibility of Microfinance Services," the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. To make amendments to the [Regulation](/docs/552897?ONDATE=20.12.2003 00#552976) on the licensing of pawnshop activities, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated September 22, 2003 No. 23/3 (reg. No. 1291 dated December 10, 2003) (Bulletin of Regulatory Acts of Ministries, State Committees and Agencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 23), according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.

Amendments made to the Regulation on the Licensing of Pawnshop Activities

1. [Paragraph 81](/docs/552897?ONDATE=11.10.2017 00#3397086) is recognized as having lost force.

2. In [paragraph 9](/docs/552897?ONDATE=11.09.2017 00#3342592), the words "territorial administration" are replaced with the words "territorial main administration."

3. In [paragraph 13](/docs/552897?ONDATE=20.12.2003 00#553016), the words "30 calendar" are replaced with the words "15 working."
