The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan amended the Regulation on the Procedure for Commercial Banks Issuing Preferential Loans to Young Families by adding a new paragraph 11 and revising paragraph 8. The new paragraph 11 excludes mortgage loans for apartments in Kamalot multi-apartment buildings from the scope of the Regulation, as these are governed by a separate Cabinet of Ministers resolution. Paragraph 8 was updated to specify that the issuance, monitoring, and repayment of preferential microloans to young families from state target fund credit lines are regulated by a separate 2013 regulation. This Resolution entered into force on the date of its official publication.
