In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 5, 2019, No. PP-4160 "On Additional Measures to Improve the Rating of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Annual Report of the World Bank and the International Finance Corporation 'Doing Business'", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Make amendments to the Procedure for legal entities to conduct cash operations with foreign currency in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan on March 28, 1998, No. 35 (reg. No. 611 dated January 22, 1999) (Bulletin of normative acts of ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1999, No. 1), according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force from the day of its official publication.

Amendments made to the Procedure for Legal Entities to Conduct Cash Operations with Foreign Currency in the Territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. From [paragraph three](/docs/627740?ONDATE=22.01.1999 00#627891) of paragraph 4, exclude the words ", certified by the seal (stamp) of the cashier".

2. In paragraph five of paragraph 11 [text](/docs/833265?ONDATE=22.01.1999 00#3969778), replace the word in the state language "муҳр" with the word "штамп".

3. From [Appendix No. 1](/docs/627740?ONDATE=28.04.2006 00#1176386), exclude the abbreviation "M.P.".
