ON AMENDING THE REGULATION ON THE PROCEDURE FOR ISSUANCE OF BANK CARDS BY COMMERCIAL BANKS AND THEIR CIRCULATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This resolution lost force in accordance with the [resolution](/docs/5355320?ONDATE=03.04.2021 00#5358841) of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 10, 2021 No. 28/2 "On recognizing as lost force the resolution 'On approving the Regulation on the procedure for issuance of bank cards by commercial banks and their circulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan', as well as amendments and additions to it" (reg. No. 1344-7 dated 03.04.2021).

In accordance with Articles 7, 17 and 51 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank resolves:

1. Make amendments to the [Regulation](/docs/753225?ONDATE=10.05.2004 00#753379) on the procedure for issuance of bank cards by commercial banks and their circulation in the Republic of Uzbekistan (reg. No. 1344 dated April 30, 2004) according to the appendix.

2. Bring this resolution into force upon the expiration of ten days from the day of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
