In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "On Banks and Banking Activity", and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 27, 2026, No. O'RQ-1126 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan Concerning the Introduction of Islamic Banking Activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:
Amendments and additions shall be made to the [Regulation](/docs/-6436466?ONDATE=19.07.2023 00#-6436870) and Appendix approved by Resolution No. 4/11-3427 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 7, 2023 (Registration number 3427, April 18, 2023) (National Database of Legislative Information, April 19, 2023, No. 10/23/3427/0218-son) on Requirements for the Risk Management System of Banks and Banking Groups.
This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.

Amendments and Additions Being Made to the Regulation on Requirements for the Risk Management System of Banks and Banking Groups
"This Regulation establishes requirements for the risk management system of commercial banks, microfinance banks, as well as banks and microfinance banks conducting Islamic banking activity (hereinafter referred to as banks in the text) and banking groups."

"specific internal factors of the bank, including the characteristics of the bank's activities related to lending (financing) (hereinafter in the text referred to as lending) and the composition of the credit (financing) portfolio (hereinafter in the text referred to as credit portfolio)."
