Resolution

On recognizing certain regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as having lost force

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", as well as the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 30, 2021 No. UP-6218 "On measures for comprehensive systematization of the national legislative database" and the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated February 24, 2020 No. PP-4611 "On additional measures for the transition to international financial reporting standards", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Recognize as having lost force certain regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, according to the appendix.

2. This resolution enters into force upon the expiration of three months from the day of its official publication.
