Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic May 15, 1999, registration number 41 Bishkek April 15, 1999 No. 31/9 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC On Amending and Supplementing Certain Regulatory Documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (As amended by resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated May 19, 2005 No. 16/2, March 2, 2006 No. 5/7) Having considered the attached amendments and additions to certain regulatory documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also taking into account the current situation in the banking sector of the Republic, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves: 1. To approve the attached amendments and additions to the Regulation "On the Sanctions Commission", the Regulation "On Precautionary Measures and Sanctions Applied by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" and the Regulation "On the Procedure for Establishing Banks and Peculiarities of Their Activities on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 24, 1997 No. 26/3 and August 12, 1998 No. 19/2, respectively, and to put them into effect from the moment of state registration. 2. The Banking Supervision Department, jointly with the Legal Department, shall carry out all necessary actions related to state registration. 3. To bring this resolution to the attention of the regional departments of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as commercial banks and RSCs, in the part directly concerning their activities, after state registration. 4. To declare null and void the resolution of the Board of the National Bank dated March 11, 1999 No. 16/3 "On Amending and Supplementing Certain Regulatory Documents of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic". 5. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be entrusted to Tarancheva M.T., Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Regulation "On the Sanctions Commission", approved by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated December 24, 1997 No. 26/3. 1. The eighth indent of paragraph 2.1. shall be worded as follows: "2.1. ... - presenting a requirement for the replacement of executive officials of the
bank, with the exception of the Chairman of the Board, his first deputy (in the absence of such a position in the bank's staffing table - the deputy responsible for the bank's credit policy) and the head of the service performing internal audit functions;" II.
