RESOLUTION

dated October 28, 2009 No. 43/6

On Amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 14, 2005 No. 22/2 "On the Regulation 'On Minimum Requirements for External Audit of Banks and Other Financial and Credit Institutions Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic', registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on August 12, 2005, Registration Number 102-05"

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To make amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 14, 2005 No. 22/2 "On the Regulation 'On Minimum Requirements for External Audit of Banks and Other Financial and Credit Institutions Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic', registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on August 12, 2005, Registration Number 102-05", according to the Appendix to this Resolution.

2. This Resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of one month after its official publication.

3. The Legal Department is directed to send this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Control over the execution of this Resolution is entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic K.K. Bokonbaev.

Amendments to the Regulation "On Minimum Requirements for External Audit of Banks and Other Financial and Credit Institutions Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 22/2 dated July 14, 2005, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on August 12, 2005, Registration Number 102-05

Make the following amendments to the Regulation "On Minimum Requirements for External Audit of Banks and Other Financial and Credit Institutions Licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated July 14, 2005 No. 22/2 and registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on August 12, 2005, Registration Number 102-05:

1. In the preamble, after the words "(Financial Company for Support and Development of Credit Unions", add the words ", OOOO Specialized Refinancing Fund of Banks, JSC Kyrgyz Republic Development Fund and microfinance companies)".

2. Supplement Section 4 with paragraph 4.2-1 of the following content:

"4.2-1. The Bank must notify the authorized state body regulating audit activity about the conduct of mandatory audit and publication of financial reporting in the package with an audit opinion (report) in the mass media."
