RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK
OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC
On the Regulation on the Reorganization of Commercial Banks in the Form of Merger by Absorption
Having reviewed the draft Regulation on the Reorganization of Commercial Banks in the Form of Merger by Absorption, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

Approve the Regulation on the Reorganization of Commercial Banks in the Form of Merger by Absorption and bring it into force from the moment of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Instruct the Legal Department to carry out state registration of the Regulation on the Reorganization of Commercial Banks in the Form of Merger by Absorption in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Instruct the Banking Supervision Department to bring this resolution to the attention of the regional branches of the NBKR, commercial banks, and the Kyrgyz Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI).

Entrust control over the implementation of this resolution to K.Sh. Sharshekeeva, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
