Having reviewed the draft Regulation "On Corporate Governance in commercial

banks of the Kyrgyz Republic", guided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" and Articles 21,

24, 25, 25-2, 26, 27, 35 and 37 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Banks and

Banking Activity in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank

of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:
