The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic amends its deposit operations regulation to formally introduce overnight deposits, defining them as fund transfers from participant correspondent accounts to the National Bank for a single night with interest calculated on a 360-day year basis. The resolution establishes specific auction types, including maximum and fixed rate auctions, and sets participant limits of one application for fixed-rate and overnight auctions and up to five for maximum-rate auctions. It mandates specific operational hours for application submission and fund deduction via the Automated Trading System, with overnight operations occurring between 15:00 and 16:00 and deductions between 16:00 and 17:00. These changes apply to commercial banks and other participants authorized to conduct deposit operations with the National Bank.
