RESOLUTION

of June 23, 2017 No. 2017-P-15/26-3-(NPA)

On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with Articles 20 and 68 of the Law "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Banks and Banking Activity," the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. Make amendments and additions to the following regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached):

• Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On Depositary Accounting of State Securities Issued through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic'" dated March 28, 2013 No. 10/9;

• Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Registration of Collateral in the Form of State Securities Issued through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Interbank Credit Operations" dated June 30, 2010 No. 52/1.

2. The Legal Department:

• publish this Resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This Resolution enters into force from the day of official publication.

4. The Department for the Development of the State Language and Document Management of the National Bank shall bring this Resolution to the attention of structural subdivisions, regional departments, and the representation of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Batken Region.

5. Control over the implementation of this Resolution is entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic A.S. Tezekbaeva.

AMENDMENTS to certain regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Make the following amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On Depositary Accounting of State Securities Issued through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic'" dated March 28, 2013 No. 10/9:

in the Regulation on depositary accounting of state securities issued through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the aforementioned Resolution:

• point 1 is recognized as having lost force;

• in Appendices 1, 2, 3, replace the abbreviation "NBKR" with the words "National Bank" in the appropriate cases.

2. Make the following amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Rules for Registration of Collateral in the Form of State Securities Issued through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Interbank Credit Operations" dated June 30, 2010 No. 52/1:

in the Rules for registration of collateral in the form of state securities issued through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in interbank credit operations, approved by the aforementioned Resolution:

• point 1 is recognized as having lost force;

• throughout the text, replace the words "financial-credit institutions" in various number and case forms with the words "financial-credit organizations" in the corresponding numbers and cases;

• in point 8, replace the abbreviation "NBKR" with the words "National Bank".
