RESOLUTION

of December 7, 2018 No. 2018-P-15/52-6-(NPA)

On Amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On Liquidity Support Credit'" dated September 3, 2015 No. 50/1"

In accordance with Articles 20 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. Make amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On Liquidity Support Credit'" dated September 3, 2015 No. 50/1 (attached).

2. To the Legal Department:

• publish this Resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This Resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of fifteen days from the date of its official publication.

4. The Accounting and Reporting Department shall bring this Resolution to the attention of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic, corresponding structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, regional departments, and the representation of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Batken Region.

5. Control over the implementation of this Resolution shall be entrusted to the Member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising the Accounting and Reporting Department.

AMENDMENTS to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On Liquidity Support Credit'" dated September 3, 2015 No. 50/1"

Make the following amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation 'On Liquidity Support Credit'" dated September 3, 2015 No. 50/1":

in the Regulation on Liquidity Support Credit approved by the aforementioned Resolution:

1. in Appendix 4 "Pledge Agreement (Real Estate) to the Credit Agreement for the issuance of a credit/tranche":

• paragraph 2.4.1. shall be worded as follows:

"2.4.1. Not to lease without the written consent of the Pledgee, not to transfer gratuitously, not to pledge, not to encumber, not to change the Subject of the pledge, as well as not to dispose of the Subject of the pledge in any other manner";

• paragraph 5.5 shall be worded as follows:

"5.5. This Agreement is drawn up in ______ copies, one for each of the Parties, other copies - for submission to the corresponding authorized bodies for registration and to the notary office.";

2. in Appendix 5 "Pledge Agreement (Rights under Credit Agreements) to the Credit Agreement for the issuance of a credit/tranche":

• sub-paragraph 6 of paragraph 2.1. shall be worded as follows:

"6) credits, the rights under which are the Subjects of the pledge under this Agreement, correspond to the characteristics provided for in the Minimum Requirements for forming a credit portfolio accepted as collateral, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank dated December 27, 2017 No. 2017-P-15/54-4-(NPA).";

• Appendix 1 "List of Credit Agreements Provided as Pledge" to the "Pledge Agreement (Rights under Credit Agreements) to the Credit Agreement for the issuance of a credit/tranche" shall be worded as follows:
