RESOLUTION

of July 24, 2019 No. 2019-P-20/39-3-(NPA)

On Amending the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approving the Procedure for Organizing Video Surveillance in Commercial Banks" of July 4, 2012 No. 28/10

In accordance with Articles 20 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Banks and Banking Activity", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. Make the following amendment to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approving the Procedure for Organizing Video Surveillance in Commercial Banks" of July 4, 2012 No. 28/10:

in the Procedure for Organizing Video Surveillance in Commercial Banks, approved by the aforementioned Resolution:

• reword subparagraph "v" of paragraph 18 as follows:

"v) the capacity of backup power sources (batteries) must ensure uninterrupted autonomous operation of the video surveillance system (VSS) for at least 30 minutes."

2. To the Legal Department:

• publish this Resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this Resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This Resolution shall enter into force upon the expiration of fifteen days from the date of its official publication.

4. To the Department for the Development of the State Language and Document Management to bring this Resolution to the attention of the UMNLB, UB 1, and UB 2.

5. To the Security and Information Protection Directorate to bring this Resolution to the attention of commercial banks.

6. Entrust the control over the implementation of this Resolution to a member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, who oversees the activities of the Security and Information Protection Directorate.
