On Amendments to Certain Regulatory Legal Acts

of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with Articles 20, 53 and 68 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic

"On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Banks and Banking Activity" the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. Make amendments to the following regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached):

• Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

"On Approval of the Regulation "On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated 28 March 2013 No. 10/7;

• Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

"On Approval of the Regulation "On the Intraday Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated 28 March 2013 No. 10/8.

2. The Legal Department:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. This resolution enters into force from the date of official publication.

4. The Monetary Operations Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks and corresponding structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be entrusted to a member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, supervising the Monetary Operations Department.

Amendments to certain regulatory legal acts

of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation "On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated 28 March 2013 No. 10/7:

in the Regulation "On the Overnight Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the aforementioned resolution:

• in paragraph 3, exclude the words ", except for the last working day of the quarter";

• in Appendix 1:

in paragraph 2.4, exclude the words ", except for the last working day of the quarter".

2. Make the following changes to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation "On the Intraday Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" dated 28 March 2013 No. 10/8:

in the Regulation "On the Intraday Credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by the aforementioned resolution:

• in paragraph 4, exclude the words ", except for the last working day of the quarter".

• in Appendix 1:

in paragraph 2.4, exclude the words ", except for the last working day of the quarter".
