This resolution amends asset classification and reserve requirements for foreign currency loans based on the borrower's income currency composition, requiring a minimum 'satisfactory' classification if foreign currency income exceeds 75% and 'assets under review' if it falls between 50% and 75% or below 50%. It also establishes specific reserve provision percentages for normal, satisfactory, and under-review assets, while introducing a new provision limiting consumer loan monthly payments to less than 50% of the borrower's average monthly income. These changes apply to newly issued and restructured loans and take effect fifteen days after official publication.
