On Amending the Resolution of the Board

of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

"On Approval of the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" of 19 March 2005 No. 6/2

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To introduce the following amendments to the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Approval of the Regulation "On the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" of 19 March 2005 No. 6/2":

in the Regulation on the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-mentioned resolution:

• to supplement clause 2.1 with paragraphs 25-30 as follows:

"Committee decisions are subject to mandatory publication on the following matters:

• on the appointment of a temporary administration to manage an NFCI;

• on the temporary suspension/restriction of an NFCI's licence;

• on the revocation of an NFCI's licence;

• on the approval of officials of banks/NFCIs;

• approval of the name/change of name of banks/NFCIs.".

2. The Legal Department shall:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The Supervision Methodology and Licensing Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of the Inspection Department and the External Supervision Department of the National Bank.

4. This resolution enters into force upon the expiry of fifteen days from the day of official publication.

5. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic T. J. Jusupov.
