RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On approval of the Regulation "On the gross real-time

settlement system"

Within the framework of improving the regulatory legal base for the payment

system of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, having considered the Regulation "On the gross real-time settlement system", resolves:

  1. To approve the Regulation "On the Gross Real-Time Settlement System" (attached).

  2. The Payment Systems Department, together with the Legal Department, shall in the established procedure carry out state registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic with subsequent official publication.

  3. This resolution enters into force from the moment of official publication after state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

  4. The Payment Systems Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic, OJSC "Settlement-Savings Company", regional administrations and the Representative Office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken Oblast.

  5. After publication of the registered regulatory legal act, inform the Ministry of Justice of the source of publication (name of the publication, its number and date).

  6. To repeal resolution of the Board of the NBKR No. 20/1 of 11 April 2007 on approval of the Regulation "On the gross real-time settlement system".

  7. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to Member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Imankulova Ch.K.
