On the Regulation "On Licensing, Reorganization and Liquidation of the Specialized Financial and Credit Institution OJSC "Financial Company of Credit Unions"

In order to implement paragraph 2.11 of the Plan of Measures for Strategic Directions of Activity of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012-2014, approved by resolution of the Board of the National Bank No. 59/1 of 12.10.2011, and paragraph 22 of the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Microfinance Development Strategy for 2011-2015, approved by joint resolution of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 150/40/6 of 28 February 2012, guided by Articles 7 and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", Article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Banks and Banking Activity in the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

To approve the Regulation "On Licensing, Reorganization and Liquidation of the Specialized Financial and Credit Institution OJSC "Financial Company of Credit Unions" (attached).
To the Legal Department:

to publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
to send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

To the Supervision Methodology and Licensing Department to bring this resolution to the attention of LLC "Financial Company for Support and Development of Credit Unions".
This resolution enters into force upon the expiry of fifteen days from the day of official publication.
To assign control over the execution of this resolution to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Chokoev Z.L.
