RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On approving the new edition

of the "Instructions on Accounting for Payment Designations in Banks"

Having considered the draft of the new edition of the "Instructions on Accounting for Payment Designations in Banks", guided by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. Approve the new edition of the "Instructions on Accounting for Payment Designations in Banks" (attached).

2. The Economic Department together with the Legal Department to carry out the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in the established manner.

3. This resolution shall enter into force from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and subsequent official publication.

4. From the moment of entry into force of this resolution, recognize as invalid the resolutions of the Board of the NBKR No. 25/1 of September 28, 1998 "On approving the new edition of the "Instructions on accounting for payment designations in banks" and on the new edition of the "Instructions on accounting for payment designations in banks" No. 22/2 of August 27, 2004.

5. The Economic Department to bring this resolution to the attention of commercial banks and JSC "Settlement and Savings Company".

6. Commercial banks and JSC "Settlement and Savings Company" to ensure the submission of data according to the new edition of the "Instructions on Accounting for Payment Designations in Banks" monthly, by the 15th day of the month following the reporting period, starting from the moment of entry into force of this resolution.

7. After the publication of the registered normative legal act, inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic about the source of publication (name of the edition, its number and date).

8. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the NBKR M.B. Isenbaev.
