RESOLUTION

of 26 August 2009 No. 35/3

On Approval of the Regulation "On Operations of Commercial Banks with Precious Metals"

In accordance with Article 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", Article 33 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Banks and Banking Activity in the Kyrgyz Republic" and the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Precious Metals and Precious Stones", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

To approve the new edition of the Regulation "On Operations of Commercial Banks with Precious Metals" in accordance with the annex to this resolution.
To recognize as no longer in force:

Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15 August 2001 No. 30/5 "On the Draft Regulation on Operations of Commercial Banks with Precious Metals";
Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 13 March 2003 No. 7/4 "On Introducing Amendments and Additions to the Regulation 'On Operations of Commercial Banks with Precious Metals'".

This resolution enters into force one month after official publication.

Published in the journal "Normative Acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", No. 2009/10

The Legal Department shall send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Bokontaev K.K.
