RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On the Regulation "On Requirements for the Formation of Financial Reporting and Submission of Information by Non-Bank Institutions Operating on the Basis of a License (Certificate) of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Having considered the draft Regulation "On Requirements for the Formation of Financial Reporting and Submission of Information by Non-Bank Institutions Operating on the Basis of a License (Certificate) of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. Approve the Regulation "On Requirements for the Formation of Financial
   Reporting and Submission of Information by Non-Bank Institutions Operating on the Basis of a License (Certificate) of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" (attached).

2. Establish that the preparation of financial reporting by non-bank institutions
   of the Kyrgyz Republic is carried out in accordance with the approved Regulation "On Requirements for the Formation of Financial Reporting and Submission of Information by Non-Bank Institutions Operating on the Basis of a License (Certificate) of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic".

3. The Management of Supervision and Licensing Methodology together with the
   Legal Department to carry out the state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic in the established manner.

4. Bring this resolution into force from the date of its publication in
   official editions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. Recognize as having lost force:

• sub-item a) of item 2.5.1 of the Temporary Rules of regulation
  of the activities of microfinance companies in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by resolution of the Board of the NBKR No. 4/2 of February 19 2003 (registration number of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 29-03 of March 25, 2003);

• item 10.2 and item 10.3 of the Regulation "On the activities of pawnshops in the
  territory of the Kyrgyz Republic", approved by resolution of the Board of the NBKR No. 4/3 of February 19, 2003 (registration number of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 36-03 of March 25, 2003 year).

6. The Department of Supervision of Non-Bank Institutions to bring this
   resolution to the attention of the regional (regional) departments of the NBKR, the Financial Company for Support and Development of Credit Unions and non-bank institutions.

7. Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to
   the Member of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Abdybalty S.
