RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On the Temporary Regulation "On the Creation of Microfinance Companies in the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Having considered the Temporary Regulation "On the Creation of Microfinance Companies in the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To approve the Temporary Regulation "On the Creation of Microfinance Companies in the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" and to bring it into force from the moment of state registration with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. The Legal Department shall carry out the state registration of the Temporary Regulation "On the Creation of Microfinance Companies in the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. The Department of External and Public Relations of the NBKR shall publish the Temporary Regulation "On the Creation of Microfinance Companies in the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" within three days from the moment of its entry into force.

4. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to Sharshekeeva K.Sh., Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
