RESOLUTION

of August 19, 2015 No. 45/1

On Approving the Regulation "On the Provision of Loans by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to International Organizations Created by the Kyrgyz Republic Jointly with Other States within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union"

In accordance with Articles 5, 7, and 43 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

Approve the Regulation "On the Provision of Loans by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to International Organizations Created by the Kyrgyz Republic Jointly with Other States within the Framework of the Eurasian Economic Union" (attached).
The Legal Department:

publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;
after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.
The Monetary Operations Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of the relevant structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic N. Zhenish.
