RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF THE NATIONAL BANK

OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

On approval of the Regulation on pre-trial settlement

of disputes between the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks,

organizations conducting certain types of banking operations,

and their founders (participants), legal entities and individuals

Having considered the draft Regulation "On pre-trial settlement of disputes

between the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks, organizations,

conducting certain types of banking operations, and their founders

(participants), legal entities and individuals, guided by

Article 7 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the National Bank

of the Kyrgyz Republic", paragraph 2 of Article 39-2 of the Law of the Kyrgyz

Republic "On Banks and Banking Activities", the Board

of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolves:

1. To approve the Regulation "On pre-trial settlement of disputes between

the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks, organizations,

conducting certain types of banking operations, and their founders

(participants), legal entities and individuals (attached).

2. The Supervision Methodology and Licensing Department, together with the

Legal Department, shall in the established procedure conduct state

registration of this resolution with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz

Republic.

3. This resolution enters into force from the moment of official

publication after state registration with the Ministry of Justice

of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. The Supervision Methodology and Licensing Department of the National

Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic shall bring this resolution to the

attention of commercial banks, OJSC "Settlement-Savings Company",

KSFK and FKPRKS.

5. After publication of the registered normative legal act,

inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of

the source of publication (name of the publication, its number and date).

6. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to

Omurzakova G.M., Deputy Chairman of the National Bank

of the Kyrgyz Republic.
