RESOLUTION

of 16 September 2015 No. 53/10

On Amendments and Additions to Certain Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

(As amended by Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15 June 2017 No. 2017-P-12/25-10)

In accordance with Articles 7 and 43 of the Law "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

RESOLVES:

1. To introduce amendments and additions to the following resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (attached):

• "On Basic Requirements for the Audit Committee" of 20 November 2003 No. 32/7;

- (The paragraph has lost force in accordance with Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic of 15 June 2017 No. 2017-P-12/25-10)

2. This resolution enters into force upon expiry of 15 days from the day of official publication.

3. The Legal Department shall:

• publish this resolution on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• after official publication, send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for inclusion in the State Register of Normative Legal Acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. The Supervision Methodology and Licensing Department shall bring this resolution to the attention of the specialized financial-credit institution OJSC "Financial Company of Credit Unions", credit unions, regional divisions and the representative office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in Batken region.

5. Control over the execution of this resolution shall be assigned to the Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, L. Orozbaeva.

Amendments and Additions to Certain Resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. To introduce into Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Basic Requirements for the Audit Committee" of 20 November 2003 No. 32/7 the following addition:

in the Basic Requirements for the Audit Committee approved by the above-mentioned resolution:

• in paragraph 1.1, after the words "banking and financing", add the words ", by the specialized financial-credit institution OJSC "Financial Company of Credit Unions".
